Yoga And Fitness Plays An Important Role In Your Body Makeover

Having a good posture, a slimmer figure, a toned and strong body, free from pain and illness or a complete change on having different perspective about your self are what we call body transformation? Our body transformation includes all these factors. No matter what you choose, it is important that you are satisfied and contended. Take one day at a time to start your change.

There are 5 components to have a transformation in life.

1. YOGA. There are hundreds of benefits that you can get from Yoga. You can develop your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health. Yoga gives us the balance that we need physically. It helps our body system to work effectively. Yoga provides the concentration and focus to keep all the positive energy that we need in our mental health. Yoga removes all the negativity in our body. The most important aspect of yoga is meditation. Meditation helps reduce stress and build happiness.

2. FOOD. Everybody needs food.  Our health depends on what we eat. If we don’t eat, we can’t think right, can’t perform anything, can’t feel anything.  But the kind of food that we eat is what needs to be reviewed. It is important to have a balance diet.   Green leafy vegetables and fruits are the best foods that you can add to your existing diet. Prevent on eating junk foods and sodas. Some believes that the food we eat shows who we really are. So eat healthy to live healthy.

3. WATER. It serves as a fuel to our body. Our body requires water to function well. Drinking at least eight glasses of water everyday is doctor’s recommendation. But try to avoid drinking lots of water while eating. You will have difficulty digesting your food. Also, it is important to drink water whenever we feel dry and hot.Heat stroke and other illnesses can be prevented by drinking water.

4. FITNESS. Your body needs to be active to stay healthy. Lots of people have difficulty in maintaining a program that will keep them fit. It will be a great idea to make a plan and stick to it. Try it twice a week then if it works out for you, you can increase it weekly for you to get the most benefit of the program you’re in. Inviting your friends to join you to a fitness program.  So everytime you have a schedule, your buddy can go with you.

5. FUN. This is the holistic transformation of our body. Yoga will remove all the stress in your body while food and water will give your body the strength to live and fitness gives your body sustaining power. You will attain a balance life if these 5 components are met.

Try to give yourself a smile every day. You will feel a lot younger and beautiful. If you smile, you make happy chemicals that all aspects, physical, mental, emotional and spiritual are affected to create more balance in life.

How To Choose Yoga Mats

Mary was worried. Mary suspected that as the only woman on the board her job was more at risk than most peoples. She was a director of her company and she was under a lot of stress because her firm was about to be taken over and there was a lot of rumor around that there would be redundancies. her husband, Bob had pointed out to her that she should go and see her doctor and try to find a way to calm down because she had been having headaches, sleeplessness and been moody recently. She knew she had had taking it out on him, and giving him a hard time recently, even though she didn’t mean too. Her mother had always said that you end up hurting the one you love and here she was proving it.

She did go to see her doctor and was surpriused when he suggested yoga as the answer to her problems. “Isn’t that where you have to twist your limbs into funny positions and hum?”She asked seriously. The doc laughter.He said, ”It’s different these days”.. It’s all about relaxation. I want you to get home from work and forget everything about it, get out your yoga mat, sit on it, close your eyes and think about nice things. Do not even think about work. Take yourself to a tropical paradise or wherever you want to go and spend at least 30 minutes there initially, then gradually increase it to one hour. “Bob will understand” he said. He might even prepare dinner or take you out to eat. It’s extremly important that you do get some relaxation Mary or you will drive yourself to an early grave.

I did take his advice. I and Bob went out the next day and I bought a yoga mat and I followed doc’s instructions. Now I look forward to getting home and rolling out my yoga mat knowing that I will soon be in a world of my own.
