Losing weight is the focus of countless people around the world as is evidenced by the billion-dollar diet industry. Having like minded people around you is a powerful strategy for maintaining your weight loss motivation. Select your skinniest friend to bеgіn to go out wіth, eat wіth, go for a walk or join them in some of their favorite activities.
